What Is Our Return Policy?

If you are not satisfied with your order from Mary K Kendig, you have the option to return  it for sore credit.  Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date.  Make sure that the items returned are in the same condition in which you received them.  Mary K Kendig is not responsible for shipping costs or lost returns. We request the jewelry is in the original box they were received in. Any item bought on promotion or on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please Note! If you request and purchase a “custom order,” it will be a final sale. There are NO returns accepted for custom orders. There will be no returns, exchanges or refunds on custom orders. Please allow 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued after the order has been received.

Damaged or broken Items - any item that is broken may be returned to be repaired or for a full refund. Please email a photo of the damaged item to info@marykkendig.com within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Warranty - All MKK jewelry is under a 90 day warranty for hardware and stone repair. After 90 days there is a $20 repair charge for hardware. Stone replacement will be considered based on availability and price will vary. 

IMPORTANT: Shipping costs will be deducted on all returns for customers who receive free shipping.
